They are only two ways to breed fischer mask lovebirds.  One is individual.  The other would be in an aviary.  How many birds you have in your aviary, is still an aviary.

What is the best way to breed them?
It's a matter of opinion.  Fischer mask lovebirds will breed find in both situations. 

Of course sexing them is much harder than peachface family when they are young.  So pairing them to breed as a baby is not easy.  If you want to breed them individually, there are two ways for you to do that.  You can allow the birds to pair up naturally and put them apart when they are older.  The other way, you can have them sex and put them together when they are young. 

Forcing fischer lovebirds to bond is not always good. They tend not to get along and normally do not breed too well. But sometimes, you do get lucky.
